21st Annual Salmon Enhancement Dinner & Auction
The Sunshine Coast Salmon Enhancement Society is holding its 21st annual fundraising dinner and auction on Saturday, April 7th, at the
Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre.
This is the main fundraising event of the year for the SCSES and provides significant support for the operation of the Society’s Hatchery on Chapman Creek. Last year over 150 people attended which helped raise in excess of $20,000.
The host for the evening’s event is personality Duane Burnett.
This year’s event will be catered by Chef Aldo of Ruby Lake Resort and Lynn Grossutti of Green Planet Foods ensuring a scrumptious culinary celebration of local food. The event features a catered salmon dinner, live and silent auctions and raffles with items ranging from original artworks to landscaping services and gift certificates from local Sunshine Coast merchants.
